Growing:   3000 vine stakes per hectare trained with the double Guyot system

Color:   Straw yellow with hints of green
Aroma:   Floral with delicate aromas reminiscent of the white elder blossom, the genista, fruity with exotic fruits like pineapple and un-ripe fruits such as the green apple
Palate:   Fresh, balanced, intense

Serving temperature:   6-8 degrees
Wine and food pairing:  

Aperitif, cold fish appetizers, soft cheeses, pizza.
