Casale Vitali’s farm was created in 1970 when Alfredo and Giuliano Vitali, at the end of the feudal system , bought the country house and the land around it, and the farm became their business. At first they farmed livestock. With the development of the peach cultivation in the Aso valley, they transformed it into a fruit and vine farm.
Gabriele, the third of this generation, became a land surveyor and joined the family business, in particular contributing his enthusiasm for wine making: he united the traditional with the new technological innovations to produce a genuine high quality product imbued with his passion and dedication.
Today the farm has 40 hectares of land: 20 hectares of vineyards, 10 hectares of fruits and all the rest olives and vegetables, all grown with a low environmental impact approach.
