Casale Vitali’s farm overlooking the Aso valley, has an ideal position for fruit cultivation: its steep clay slopes are rich in potassium, and there is plenty of ground water, so the best quality of fruits can be grown without irrigation and with little or no fertilization. From May to October the best cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums and apples are cultivated, and there are always seasonal vegetables.
In the farm there is a warehouse with two cold stores where the fruit is conserved by refrigeration only ready for retail trade.
There are also many olive trees for the production of extra-virgin oil.
